Fly Right Services International is Emirates airline Appointed Cabin Crew Recruitment Agency since 2006.

Fly Right conducts pre-screening of Emirates Airline Cabin Crew candidates in several countries including:

Brazil and Portugal.

All candidates are welcome to apply for the cabin crew position.

No restrictions on nationality, or status in the country you are applying.

The process is free-of-charge for all candidates. 

Candidates are responsible for any personal costs incurred in attending any recruitment event run by Fly Right or the airline.

To be considered for Emirates cabin crew you'll need to be:

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)

• A natural team player with a personality that shines

• At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm high

• Able to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements

And have:

• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience

• A minimum of high school (Grade 12) education

• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform

Yes. You must be within one month of turning 21 years old to apply.

Second Step: Visit our homepage and click in the APPLY button to complete the Candidate Form.

Check your email for further information.

Agency Online Pre-screening

  1. After completing the Fly Right form, we will review your application.
  2. If shortlisted - Please upload requested personal short video.
  3. If selected - Attend the In person Agency Screening/Briefing Day.

In Person - Agency Screening/Briefing Day 

  1. Book your slot
  2. Bring your resume, Fly Right form and passport size photo

AT the SD we will:

  1. Check information you have completed in the Candidate form
  2. Reach test and height measurement
  3. EWT/Group exercise

If successful, you will be selected to attend the Emirates Assessment Day.

Notes:

Unsuccessful candidates must wait 6 months to reapply to a new recruitment campaign.

As per company policy, no feedback is provided regarding results.

When booking your SD, please be aware that double-bookings will be cancelled.

Your online form is only valid for one open recruitment campaign. 

You must complete a new Online form each time you wish to apply to a different recruitment campaign.

You must be invited to the in person Agency Screening/Briefing Day event.

Please bring:

  • Your printed Fly Right Form
  • Your updated English Resume
  • One passport size photo

Note: Passport is not required to attend the Screening Day.

If you have issues printing the form, please bring your updated English Resume,  and a recent passport size photo to the event.

Business attire is recommended.

Gents: Suit and tie, well groomed and shaved.

Ladies: Knee length dress or skirt with skin-tone tights. Hair in an up-do and make up.

Come prepared to spend most of the day at the event.

Results are given after each stage of the In person Screening/Briefing Day event.

Candidates must wait at least 6 (six) months to attend another recruitment event, regardless of the location you have attended any recruitment event.

As per company policy, no feedback is given regarding results. 

You will be invited to attend the Emirates airline  Assessment/Interview Day - in person.

All details will be provided to the selected candidates at the end of the Verification/Briefing Day.

Only candidates selected during the pre-screening and the Agency verification/briefing days.

Shortlisted candidates will receive all relevant information about the venue, date and time at the end of the Agency Verification/Briefing Day.

Events starts at 9 am, and might last the entire day.

Results are known between 2 days and 4 weeks after the event.

It depends on:

Your declared availability.

Review of your documents, photos and information.

In general, within 5-30 days after the Emirates Assessment Day.

You must wait 6 (six) months to attend another recruitment event.

Approved candidates will receive an Offer of Employment from Emirates.

They will undergo the pre-joining formalities required by the airline and the Dubai government to receive the clearance for the work permit.

After receiving the final approval, they can get ready for their move to Dubai.

The airline will provide the travel ticket and visa to those joining as cabin crew.
