To be considered for Emirates cabin crew you’ll need to be:

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• A natural team player with a personality that shines
• At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm high
• Able to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements
• At least 21 years old

And have:

• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
• A minimum of high school (Grade 12) education
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform

Recruitment Process

Step 1 – Apply on the Emirates Careers Website

Submit your application for the Cabin Crew position through the Emirates Group Careers website.

Step 2 – Complete the Fly Right Candidate Form

Visit the Fly Right website and click APPLY to complete the Candidate Form.

Agency Online Pre-Screening

Once you have completed the Fly Right Candidate Form, our recruitment team will review your application.

If shortlisted, you will be invited to:

• Upload a short personal introduction video.

• Attend an Agency Screening & Briefing Day (SD).

Agency Screening & Briefing Day (SD)

Before attending:

• Book your preferred time slot.

• Bring:

  • A printed copy of your résumé (CV)

  • Your completed Fly Right Candidate Form

  • One passport-size photograph

During the Screening Day, Fly Right will:

• Verify the information provided in your Candidate Form.

• Measure your height and conduct the Emirates reach test.

• Assess your English communication skills.

• Conduct a group exercise.

Candidates who successfully complete the Screening Day may be invited to attend the Emirates Assessment Day (AD).

Important Information

• Applying through the Emirates Careers website and completing the Fly Right Candidate Form are both mandatory.

• Your Fly Right Candidate Form is valid only for the recruitment campaign for which it was submitted. A new form must be completed for every new campaign.

• Screening Day appointments are limited. Duplicate bookings will be cancelled.

• Candidates who are unsuccessful must wait three (3) months before applying to a new recruitment campaign.

• In line with company policy, individual feedback is not provided.

• All Cabin Crew eligibility requirements are available on the Emirates Group Careers website.

• Fly Right is an appointed recruitment agency only. Emirates Airline is solely responsible for all candidate  selection decisions, and final employment offers.

You must have received an invitation from Fly Right to attend the Screening & Briefing Day.

Please bring the following:

• A copy of your Fly Right invitation email (displayed on your mobile device).
• A valid photo ID (passport or government-issued identification).
• Your printed Fly Right Candidate Form.
• Your updated résumé (CV) in English.
• One passport-size photograph.

Please note: A passport is not required to attend the Screening & Briefing Day. However, candidates who progress further in the recruitment process will be required to present a valid passport before attending the Emirates Assessment Day.

If you have issues printing the form, please bring your updated English Resume,  and a recent passport size photo to the event.

Business attire is recommended.

Gents: Suit and tie, well groomed and shaved.

Ladies: Knee length dress or skirt with skin-tone tights. Hair in an up-do and make up.

Please be prepared to spend most of the day at the event. The duration may vary depending on the number of candidates attending and the activities scheduled for the day.

We recommend planning your travel arrangements accordingly and avoiding commitments immediately after the event.

After submitting your application through the Fly Right website, our recruitment team will review your application in accordance with the requirements established by Emirates.

Candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted by email with further instructions regarding the next stage of the recruitment process.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly, check your inbox regularly, and monitor your spam or junk folder.

Due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Individual feedback is not provided.
